Mural Painting Project We have held a couple of mural painting sessions at the new building. It has been a lot of fun (see photos above) and we hope that more of you can join us for the next session to be held on Sunday, June 27th from 11:00-2:00pm to continue work on the murals. NO EXPERIENCE OR PAINTING EXPERTISE IS REQUIRED. As we shared in a member update email, Lynn Miller, a local mural artist and Co-op manager, is holding sessions open to all Co-op members to paint 2-3 large murals that will be displayed on the walls of the new co-op building. Participants are welcome to come and go as their time allows. The address is 137 S. Main St, Six Mile, SC (the old Masters Electrical building) . For more information, please contact Lynn Miller.
Relocation Update
We are making progress on preparing the new location and plan to move between July 10-20th. We will update you regarding days we will be closed for the move and our reopening date. If you cannot physically assist with the move, please consider making a donation to help defray the moving costs.
We will continue holding work days, mostly on Saturdays between 10:00am-2:00pm, between now and whenever we do move and are in need of volunteer assistance. If you would like to help, please contact Theresa Pizzuto, Interim General Manager at theresa.pizzuto@gmail.com.
We will share updates as soon as we have more information. In the meantime the Co-op is operating as usual.
2021 Membership Renewals
Memberships are due the first time you shop at the Co-op in 2021. The cost is $30 for the entire year, which is still a great deal. Thank you for your continued support!

Produce: Deliveries Thursday, June 17 from Cedar Knoll (cabbage, cucumbers, green beans, & leeks) and Darkspore Mushroom Company (Lion’s Mane and a variety of oyster mushrooms). We received kale and garlic from Jewell Farm on 6/14.
Monthly Senior Discount Day The Co-Op offers a 5% discount to seniors 65+ on the 3rd Saturday of each month. The next senior discount day will be held on Saturday, June 19.

Updated COVID-19 Reminders – We are still following safety protocols
We are still following all of the recommended CDC guidelines for keeping people safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, since not everyone has been vaccinated. View the full list of co-op practices and reminders here.
What we ask you to do:If you are feeling sick at all (fever or not), Please do not come into the store.If you know you have been exposed to COVID-19, DO NOT come into the store. If you cannot or will not wear a mask, we will provide curbside pickup for you in order to keep our managers healthy.
